After garment washing, the fabric weight increases to approximately 280g, resulting in a sturdier yet soft texture. Using Asut dyeing for vintage fading and KMnO₄ spray distressing, the piece achieves a natural, authentic washed-out appearance with visible bone-line highlights. Hand-done fraying and distress details enhance the high-end, aged aesthetic. The front, back, and sleeve graphics are executed using high-precision digital direct-injection printing, producing vibrant colors and sharp detailing, protected with a transparent coating to prevent cracking or peeling.
