King Diamond Mount STL
This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the mounting system designed specifically for the Gilbert Engineering King Diamond 47″ x 41″ prop. The brackets are designed to be zip-tied directly to the coro and sized for 1/2″ EMT conduit, which slides through the mounts to form the frame. At the center junction, a 1/2″ PVC cross is used to connect the perpendicular conduit sections, using the included bushings file to adapt for EMT’s slightly smaller diameter. Once the conduit is in place, it is fastened to the mounts with screws, locking everything together to create a strong, rigid structure behind the prop. This setup provides excellent stability for mounting to various surfaces and is especially useful for reinforcing props that have been split for shipping. More information below.
