Whole Lamb (cut & wrap)
Our lambs weigh 45 – 60 lb, so please order at least 45 lb in the “quantity” box for a whole lamb. This is a whole lamb, cut the way you want it: chops, racks, roast, ground, and stew. We slaughter lamb on Tuesdays and deliver it on Wednesdays, so please order ahead of time. (before Mondays) Just write in the notes how you would like it cut, and we will cut and deliver it right to your door.
